Our goal is to cultivate passion, engagement, and purpose through self-reflection, interactive education, critical dialogue, and community building in order to advocate for an equitable future in healthcare. CEO, Founder

Dr. Sally Arif is a Turkmeni-American born in Iraq who cultivates an ethos of connection where identities and experiences are honored and seen as an asset to healthcare education. As a Professor and Clinical Pharmacist, she draws from her nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and academia. Serving as an international and national keynote speaker on topics like cultural care, public health, and health equity, she is an advocate for culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices in healthcare education. As a diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Dr. Arif serves on several national health and educational DEI advisory boards and is a strategist for developing and integrating DEI initiatives systemically and sustainably across healthcare and higher education settings.
